I didn’t go looking for breathwork.
It found me at a time when I was barely holding it together.
In 2015, I was 23 and a mess.
Sick all the time. Running on caffeine, sugar, and stress. Sleeping less than five hours a night and waking up feeling worse than when I went to bed.
Life felt like one big uphill battle.
Getting out of bed took effort. Staying away from old habits—drugs, porn, distractions—took even more.
I wanted to change, but I didn’t know
how. I was stuck.
Then one simple breathing technique landed in my world.
It cracked something open in me. It gave me space. Relief. A sense that maybe, just maybe, there was a way out.
I followed that thread. Trained deeply. Travelled. Became certified in 2018. By 2022, I’d taught over 2,000 people and become one of Australia’s leading instructors.
But I started asking bigger questions.

95% of the practical exercises do not require any tools. The rest require a tape measure, a timer/stopwatch, a belt, and something heavy like a weight plate/kettlebell.
